Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are allowed. No cats. Please refer to our house rules for pet owner responsibilities and rules. Any excessive cleaning, carpet shampooing, stain removal, or damaged furniture due to the guests' pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $175, and/or the actual cost of replacement items. The following devices are on the premises and should not be tampered with: a security camera on the front porch & via the doorbell, security camera on the flood light at the back door, and noise monitoring (no noise or voice recording) via Noise Aware. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, pool cleaning, and general groundskeeping/property maintenance.
