Liz's place is amazing. Perfect setup to enjoy time with friends and allow the kiddos to play and have a good time too! The cleanest place we have ever stayed. Everything in the kitchen labeled, all light switches labeled. Within 20 minutes of any destination you want to go in the Buffalo area! Cannot recommend highly enough. Will absolutely stay here any time we visit Buffalo! We had a bad experience with another booking and Liz saved our trip!

This place is amazing!!! The decor is so fun but tastefully done! Kitchen is fantastic and has everything needed to cook. Bedrooms are super comfortable. The host was quick to respond although we didn’t need anything during the stay bc everything had been thought of. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Liz’s place was perfect for me and my extended family. She also accommodated us last minute due to another Airbnb cancellation. This home has literally EVERYTHING you need to stay comfortably. It’s in a great location and close to restaurants and stores. I will definitely return when I come back to Buffalo with my family. Thanks Liz!

This home was perfect, clean and comfortable. Kitchen coffee bar was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Living area with fireplace was perfect and the added Christmas tree and decorations for the holidays was a nice touch! Basement TV room and game room spaces, including board games, were great! Bedrooms very comfortable and primary suite (with infant/toddler side room, if needed) was amazing including heated floors in the primary bath. Beds/bedding comfortable. Lighting was perfect. Front porch is the perfect place to take off snow boots in the winter! Close to local towns, Buffalo, Niagara and Orchard Park. We will be staying here again. Liz was great and has a fantastic House Manual website.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at OptionB for our family trip. The home was clean, family-friendly, and thoughtfully laid out so everyone had their own bed and their own space to unwind after long days. The fun design, games, and especially the pool table were a huge hit with everyone. The location was also perfect—close to great restaurants and convenient for everything we needed. What truly set this stay apart was Liz herself. She was attentive, responsive, and an excellent communicator. She genuinely saved our family trip after another rental fell through with issues they wouldn’t repair. We are so grateful for her care and professionalism. Thank you for providing the perfect space for our family getaway. Lasting memories were made, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Liz and her team was very responsive and friendly. The property was spacious and cozy… Omg the fireplace❤️❤️❤️❤️ My wife and I are performing artists so the decor and ambiance was right down our alley. My 9 year old was not ready to leave… We would love to stay again when we visit home… Just peaceful…loved it immensely Thanks so much…

Oast house was a great place for my brother and me, and our families, to spend time together while we were in Buffalo. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with the basics for having meals. We appreciated the special touches of the house, including the gas fireplace and the use of unscented cleaning products. Liz was a good communicator and very helpful responding to questions. The house is close to the airport, highways, and restaurants in Williamsville. I highly recommend Oast house.
