Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are allowed. No cats. Please refer to our house rules for pet owner responsibilities, rules & fees. Any excessive cleaning, carpet shampooing, stain removal, or damaged furniture due to the guests' pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $175, and/or the actual cost of replacement items. The following devices are on the premises and should not be tampered with: ring doorbell on the front of the house. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping/property maintenance.
