We enjoyed our stay very much. well appointed property, everything you can ask for. very nice neighborhood across the street. Golf course close by. property itself has everything you can ask for. Everything felt close by. 20 minutes Niagara Falls our family had a great time. thank you again Liz for hosting us very happy and will return 😊

House is in a good neighborhood, safe and everything was very clean and comfortable. Great for a family with kids! Kitchen was fully equipped. The upstairs was very spacious and rooms had plenty of space for our whole family. We could only get one tv to work but it wasn’t a big deal for us because we didn’t spend much time indoors. 10am checkout with no wiggle room was a little tough because we had a late flight out but that had nothing to do with the house. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend! Liz was always very quick to respond.

Liz has kept the house exceptionally clean.. The house is very welcoming. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It is conveniently located for those who wish to go sightseeing at Niagara Falls or Buffalo. It is a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing....Peaceful neighborhood with lots of space between the houses for privacy..

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time staying at the home. It was spacious, well stocked, located in close proximity to great dining and entertainment. We will stay here again the next time we are in Buffalo.

I cannot recommend this beautiful home for your stay. The design was beautiful, furnishings comfortable and nice. My husband and our three kids had a wonderful stay. We wanted for nothing and felt right at home. Spotlessly clean, and the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and close to the highway to downtown Buffalo or a few minutes from the stadium. Liz is friendly and responsive and helpful!

This was such a beautiful house! So much attention to detail to make it feel like home. You thought of everything! Everything was so comfortable and cozy. The decor is such a vibe too! Also, what a great idea to label the kitchen drawers everything was easy to find!

Wonderful place and the location was perfect! House had everything we needed and more. Very well kept and great for families. We didn’t want to ever leave the house because it did have everything we needed.

Stayed here back in January and we loved the place but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the great backyard along with walking less than a mile to a dozen different restaurants. We took full advantage on this trip and really enjoyed sitting in the backyard while the dogs played and walking to meet friends for dinner. Inside it’s great single floor living with excellent updates. Look forward to staying here again.

Excellent place! We had 5 people total and it felt like we could have had 10 and there was still plenty of space. Great attention to detail in all the rooms. Spacious kitchen and great bathrooms. Bedrooms and living areas were fantastic. And the outside area, huge! Wonderfully done and very private
